1. Service Description
We provide TapNFC digital business cards customized with your personal or business information, allowing you to share your contact details conveniently through a QR code.
2. Client Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The information you provide (name, phone number, email, job title, company name, etc.) is accurate, complete, and lawful.
- You have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property provided for the customization of your digital business card.
- You will not use our services to create cards that contain misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full at the time of delivery
- Prices are displayed in UGX and USD and may include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery Policy
- Your digital business card will be shipped to your email address provided during checkout
- Estimated delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation.
5. Refunds and Returns
- Refunds: We offer refunds only in cases where we fail to deliver the product or if the delivered product is defective due to our error.
- To request a refund or report an issue, contact us within 5 days of receiving your card.
6. Data Usage and Privacy
- Any personal data provided during checkout or for customization purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By providing your information, you grant us permission to use it for creating and delivering your TapNFC digital card.
7. Intellectual Property
- We retain all ownership rights to the design templates and proprietary technology used in creating your TapNFC digital business cards.
- You retain ownership of any logos or other intellectual property provided to us.
8. Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for any misuse of the TapNFC digital card, including unauthorized sharing or use of the information stored on it.
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices.
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once customization begins, cancellation requests cannot be honored.
10. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated to you directly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uganda
